XS1100 0 Posted March 4, 2011 Local Hospital Queens Romford confirmed one Light Bulb cost over £200 to replace including scaffolding and health and safety assessment. As the hospital was built by private money the Health trust are saddled with a maintenance contract with the builders and it costs in excess of £100 to replace any electrical fitting, Thank goodness for private enterprise contracts.
