I would imagine you mean North Korea mate. I'd take the south over that every time. And I'd imagine there's a string of sub Saharan African countries where they'd flock to Chile or Mexico given the chance? Chad, Nigeria, Rwanda anyone? And that's before I get on to Nottingham!

My son's at Cardiff Uni paying £3,250 fees per year. The Taff next to him pays £1,275. So he gets almost two thirds off his debt. And Wales isn't even a country......it's a principlality.
