Setting suspension up

Right been looking this up for the past few days as wanting to get mine bang on. so after watching stupid amount of youtube videos going to give it a go on sunday.! (as long as its dry lol) going to need some luck on this!

tbf I've not once setup the suspension on a bike I've owned. I jump on, i ride the tits off it and have fun whilst doing so mind you, most bikes are set up for 3ft japs that are about 7 stone, Actually, that's probs why i'm fine ahaha
