smilinjack 0 Posted September 11, 2011 Well, I managed 100 miles or so round Derbyshire last weekend, and 100 miles of motorway today when I went to see my mum in Barnsley Hospital. Overall first impressions are favourable, nice riding position and surprisingly good wind protection. It feels a bit gutless after the ZZR, but the Vtec has a nice little kick and the howl from the airbox at high revs could easily become addictive. Steers and handles nicely, decent fuel consumption, so overall I'm chuffed so far.

fr499y 0 Posted September 11, 2011 Cracking bikes, had a 2002 model in blue, loved the bike but the only problem i had was too much pain in my wrists due to the low riding position. Take it to the twisties and enjoy that V4 power! Yeah the Vtec is addictive, but not everyones cup of tea as its either on and pull ya arms out of there sockets or off! lol
