Macie_UK 0 Posted October 17, 2011 CN seem to have gone off the boil somewhat in the last couple of years. Then again, a lot of insurers are leveraging 'customer apathy' these days.
Robbie 0 Posted October 18, 2011 Had the same thing recently with house insurance. I rang them up saying im not happy with the renewal quote and they said thats the best we can do. So i go online and do a quote as a new customer and got it £63 cheaper I then called them back saying when my policy ends i wont be renewing as your too expensive, I then get Oh were sorry to here that can we ask who your going with and at what price so I told them and the reply I got was its because of the online discount they give to new customers to which they are unable to give to existing ones strange world insurance
