fr499y 0 Posted December 1, 2011 dads had 2 of the xjr's 1200 streetfighter ( bloody loony machine ) and a 1300 for touring, loved both of them but traded in for a ST1300. I'd say go the xjr route as there still being made but the gsx1400 isnt!!

dick65 0 Posted December 1, 2011 are you looking for new? the suzi ran till 2007 but yamaha still make the xjr ever considered the honda cb1300?
smudgeandsmear 0 Posted December 1, 2011 cb1300 beautiful bike, honda quality and bluddy great to ride
fr499y 0 Posted December 1, 2011 you always see the xjr and gsx compared, most will say the xjr over the gsx, only thing that lets the xjr down is the soft forks which do cause a lot to whipe out. The CB is a great bike aswell, but not as well kitted as the xjr ( ohlins ) or the gsx ( showa ) Comes down to personal preference at the end of the day!
