Lol I used to command one of those in Germany during the cold war. I wouldn't have that even if it came with £16.5k. They would always break down, and would probably cost £16K to fill the fuel tank.

Mind you they are good for a dispute with the neighbours, or anyone else for that matter, as they could throw a high explosive 105mm shell upto 28km.
the best place for that is as an artificial reef at the bottom of the sea somewhere.
