I've seen this with the letters out of order, but this is the first time I've seen it with numbers,

basically, aslong as the first letter and last of the word is right, the other letters can be round any old way. Some numbers look like letters, and the brain knows. for instance:-

1: I or L
3: E
4: in some fonts, looks like A
5: S
6: b
7: T
8: B
9: g
0: O
