Tony nitrous 0 Posted April 18, 2012 Sounds Odd.If Oil is coming up one of the bores wouldntyou expect the bike to run on 2 and chuck loads of oil or smoke out of the exhaust ?The cam's/valves/piston are designed to drawair IN through the carbs and push it OUTof the exhaust. How does the oil go the oposite way ?Most motors have a pipe that vents the crankcases into the airbox. This releses any preasure and nasty oily fumes into the airbox whenthey can be drawn into the motor and burnt.Something wrong in the bottom end (or overfilling with s#it lots of extra oil) may "pump" oil up into the airbox ? maybe ?I'd buy it and have a play if the price was right.
