Im soon to fit new clocks to my 14.
Digi, not cable drive.

Not 100% sure but i think there are converters
that change a cable drive to a digi signal,
although you still need the cable.

Maybe you could use a cover/pick-up unit from
a later Bandit ? Were they cable drive or digi ?

You can always lose the cable and use a
little magnet as a sender front somewhere
like the sprocket/disc/front or rear wheel.

Im looking at the Koso as the Acewell 6000
series I wanted arent on sale yet.
May even try a Busa/late Bandit 12 set as
im sure a lot of the feeds will be compatable.

I dont want a visible feed either.
Not keen on adding magnets and wires.
I hope to use the GSX14's original feed
from the front sprocket.

Were the later oil-cooled (2nd shape) Bandits
cable speedo's or electronic feed ?
If I go modern USD/Radial front end on my
99 Bandit i'll lose the cable drive.
I was hoping to find an oilcooled Suzuki
that used a digital feed from the front sprocket
and keep everything tidy and hidden.
