gravelrash 0 Posted June 22, 2013 Swinton just cold called me for a quote for my car but I told them they were £130 more than my renewal. Straight away they matched my renewal price but they wanted a copy of my licence and no claims (I know its normal now but its a pain getting copies) so just stuck with Aviva. Well done on getting a good renewal Stan I'm sure they get renewal quotes from a random number generator!

goferit 0 Posted June 23, 2013 I've been with Swintons for several years now, the thing to watch with them is-- come renewal time, I get a quote which is far more than I get from The "compare the markt.com" site; So I go through the performance of ringing Swinton, and haggling over their on-line price.compared with the quote mailed to me..Each time the premium is reduced to an acceptable amount, but no loyalty is given to long-term customers, unless you press for it....Apart from that--no complaints----- I have never claimed, so don't know how good they are on that issue ??.
