Not Ian Madcarper Dave    but a colleague/friend from work with a LandRover Disco vinyl wrapped to look like a police car  
The reaction from other road users and Police traffic cars bloody good!     ( and yes he's looked into the legality side of things and so far what he has done is all legal)
