am I missing something

I am trying to get myself a bike immoboliser and came across these two. On the face of it they look identical but can someone help me figure out why they have a big price difference.

The more expensive one includes fitting   but is the same product!

Worth considering the fitted one.Cause if you need to claim on your insurance they might ask for the fitting certificate
