Davehutch-hutchs 0 Posted March 7, 2015 Yes it does , but it's hard to study it for planning , a printed one would be easier to use Sat here at home

Just tap on the satnav when you get past half empty. One thing I love about my ZZR-25 litre tank and 50+ mpg = plenty of distance between fuel.

Tony nitrous 0 Posted March 7, 2015 Sat nav works OK for servo'sI use my Navman for it all the time.Downside is it may find the nearest which is OK if your desperatebut not ideal for planning a route waaaay ahead.I use a map (paper or web) to plan my ideal routethen a quick google search on some of the larger towns or villageswith their name + petrol / service station normaltells me if there's one there. You should try it out here Dave, theres a few places that they find the body's weeks later! madcarper 0 Posted March 8, 2015 whatever you do don't go inside the shed to pay,"squeal like a hog boy" do what I do dave I carry a syphoning pipe under my seat, I once ran out and on a country road managed to roll up to the end of someones drive after 5 min sitting saying feck feck feck, luckily the guy was going out stopped and asked if I was ok I ended up buying the petrol he had for his lawnmower. nice bloke. Tony nitrous 0 Posted March 8, 2015 Had my King 7 and half years, was out on it today, but.... a 16.5ltr tank is bloody annoying! Jumped on the GSX14 and took off North, first time I stopped was Childers, 190 miles away!Had I been on the King I'd have had a sore arse andbeen detouring long ago trying to find fuel.Shame. Such a brilliant fun bike with a killer motorbut it isn't suited to the long hauls.Still wont sell it though...
fr499y 0 Posted March 8, 2015 I'd love it if i could see 100 miles to a tank on my bike :| 85/90 on a good day
