Numbers in Dreams & Numbers on the Calendar Months

I know numbers in dreams are very important... but can you have dreams that fall on a date on the calendar?

Example: If you had a dream that was the 12th and then the following month you have another dream that falls on the
same number 12th.

Am I off on this?
