I still think we should demote kisuke to mason at least, artisans should have more respect. The fact that she's acting this way as an artisan makes the rest of the staff look like fools. (I know artisan is not staff rank, but they can kick/undox and the lower ranks percieve them as such)

From the info I've gotten, this situation seems pretty out of hand.

I've not seen a person get away with so much and yet continue as before without change. It seems to me that leniency is wasted on someone like this.

Kisuke harasses and insults people, she doesn't really get along well with anyone, she doesn't respect the mods (I'm not saying people have to treat mods like nobles or anything, just the respect you'd expect for staff), and has gotten several chances with no change. I consider myself a pretty lenient guy, but there has to be a limit. By letting her get away with so much, the severity of being ill-behaved has lessened and could send others the message that it's not that bad.

In my opinion, she's used up more than enough chances. It's time to brandish the ban-hammer.
