I dunno. I can SEE the difference.... especially in my new uniforms (manager at Hampton saw me in my EL uniform and bought me new ones that fit me much better!!!)

and I get more attention from people around me..... I just dont really look THAT different, and still feel self conscious in my old clothes.... let alone clothes that are smaller.....

But still 40 pounds all together.... that is a lot!!!

That IS a lot - sorry, not so familiar with the pounds so had to convert to grasp how much it is

from what I hear it really is nice!
I have had pedi the time I was in the States and a few years ago but for medical reasons... I don't know, I am having difficulties feeling people working on my nails and I am very ticklish...

yeah that's not healthy, but I hope that gets better soon!
can I be blunt and ask you if you have more information about the treatment?

we should do some sports together - I am being terribly lazy again and can't force myself to exercise Ashamed

I don't like oats at all...... : C
I am actually really picky about EVERYTHING (funny cause I don't look picky if you know what I mean!!)
I need to start taking vitamin supplements, cause as Gill pointed out I am missing a LOT of nutrients I should be having everyday........ (and its not like 1 MORE pill will make a difference....)

BG information about what treatment hun?? (sorry....)
I am still doing the same thing since last visit.
I have about 2-3 more days of Steroid treatment left (thank GOD that is almost over...... its soooo awful to take) and then another new pill I have to continue to take. Swelling has improved GREATLY and I am hoping it will stay that way, at least for a bit this time.
I have same DR appointment on next monday, but havent heard anything about the specialist appointment yet. (dunno if this is the information you were asking for??)

i want to start skating again (wish we could skate together) but really wont help. I need some Core exercising.... which I dunno how that is going to work out, since most of that is Aerobics... and are really impact aggressive.... might be too rough on my body still.

I think taking extra vitamins is a good idea (lol, I've started again when I was feeling tired the entire time - finally improving!)

Yes, that's exactly the info I was asking for!
And the insurance thing?

Hey you could rollerskate - I'll go iceskating
you could try an aerobics lesson once and see how that goes- you will be sore in the beginning. My sister's asking me to go take a Zumba class tomorrow and actually I'm not looking forward to it (keeping in mind the sore lower back). Will have to start swimming, but I'm not getting to the point of really doing it

Do not want to swim.

Yes I need to purchase a new pair of skates first though. (love skating though!!!!)
always wanted to join a roller Derby. thought that would be cool and right up my alley. but never made the time for it.

havent looked into the insurance yet.... I keep putting it off. Need to take care of that this week though!!!!

Yeah you told me you hated swimming. I just keep putting that off you know - afraid I'm gonna end up in a group of old people.

I'm afraid of rollerskating, probably because I've never been good at it. The only place where I could skate, was on our court of the house (uhm... how to explain this? we have a private court where our garage is) but it's not even if you see what I mean?

yeah i understand what you mean I have a rec park, and a regular park not too far away from where I live a couple of miles, and I like to skate on the tennis courts, although they don't like you too.

I don't roller blade, I use the quad skates, I like them a lot better, and they are better for your ankles anyways. : D

I have been ice-skating though!! but i don't really much care for it. the blades always get stuck in other people's paths in the ice, and makes everything feel sooooo weird..... like my legs are vibrating.

Laughing we have talked about this before on here Tammy. I have a really bad fear of water. : D

But! I can walk UP and DOWN stairs almost normally!!!! : D YAY!!!!!!!

and the last couple of days there has been real minimal swelling on the top of my feet, and the calf part, which were the worse before..... (there is still like a hard knot thing in both places..... probably form being swollen so long)
So I am feeling a lot better mentally as well!
Bones are still very tender feeling most of the time though. So I still ahve to be careful. But SUPER happy to be able to pretend to be normal, if only fora little while!!!! ; D

it's not actually a park or something where others can come (it's not big though lol), we have an alleyway and our house is in the back of the street, and we have a little private court where the garage is and after that is our garden (in the two ways of the word, one for relaxing and the other part is where we have our own potatoes & vegetables). If I wanted to go to a park, I would have to take my car and drive to the city where I go to class.

O I used to roller blade and I still have mine somewhere. Even old quad skated that are adjustable to your shoe size. (Like REALLY REALLY old ones)

I love ice skating, it is exhausting, but it has a certain charm (except your feet hurt in the end)

eek so sorry about your water fear.

OMG! BG @ those skates!!!!

those are kind of cool though.... although hate to see what happens to your ankles if you have an awful spill!!!!

: O

Yes Ice-skating is neat I do it every year (we have a hockey rink here they open to the public for ice-skating) just to do it, but it is quite painful on feel and ankles.
I am much more graceful on skates than ice-skating to say the least. : D

Yeah I know... but some people think I mean Roller blading, when I mean this kind of skating, so I have gotten used to calling them quads. : D

My bones are feeling a bit weak from the meds I am taking at the moment. I drink TONS of milk, so I dont think I have a calcium deficit,..... probably the only thing i AM getting enough of.
But I know I am getting like no fiber or potassium and other things I need.... so yeah.....

I think they rusted though, have no idea where those are Laughing
These are the ones my parents used to skate with, so imagine how old they are!

I think I'm never graceful unless I'm on flat ground (and yet that's also doubtful lol)

I think it's the same, I noticed it when I googled for 'quad vehicle' Laughing
oh I'm sorry to hear that

there used to be a time when I had a really good balance and that was when I was way younger and danced a lot (I used to do jazz dance and we had to know a little of ballet), but now I grew older and am more unbalanced too. You should see me the first time I'm back on ski's

OMG guys....... So I have this dress that I have had since 10th grade (can't part with it because of personal memories, and because I paid like almost 100 dollars for it (and that was a lot when I paid for it back then!!!)
anyways its this cute little black halter top with flower cut outs on each side.

I just tried it on, I can "ALMOST" zip it all the way up, its obviously a good bit snug, but WOW! I can prolly actually wear this in a month!!! How great would that be?? (not that I would wear it OUT..... waaaaaaaay too much skin showing for my comfort level!!!)

the pregnant friend I went shopping with - her BF used to have an ATV, but I think he sold it

I think you can pick something like that up in no time! and yeah, finding a partner is hard, think that's why I haven't gone swimming yet Ashamed but it makes it more fun and makes you go more often

I'll have to look for a pic later but you can see the top of the dress there.
But it would be cool to be able to wear it (wore it twice since I have bought it..... its like a special occasion dress.)

But i was bored and decided to play dress up in the back of my closet.

I think if I would play dress up I would get frustrated Laughing

Cat just scared the hell out of me! The entire black one just came up the stairs and you can't see him because there's no lights on in the hallway, so he was here all of a sudden eyeing me Laughing
