Tanya - well said and I need to adopt that too. I am responsible for eveything that goes in - no-one else. I need to get my exercise bike out too and start pedalling. I am not trying to reverse this overnight, I just want to feel better ....I usually get motivated when the Tour de France comes on tv ... those guys are incredible how they ride, and there is not an ounce of fat on them ..... As it turns out, they go everywhere .... I think the egg thing is messed up ... I have tried to claim some from friends at less than a minute after posting, and still they are gone ...
