  1. Scripture is fine but most often we interpret it from where we are at mentally or emotionally or based on what we already know, not often, if we're honest, from the Spirit. Our greatest hindrance in our spiritual growth is usually what we already think we know. If your on this site you are a person who hears and listens to dreams and believes God is in the process of life. Listen to Him through how nature functions. He made this world as a reflection of himself. Everything is about life and death, but our connection to God is through the spirit. A seed is planted and has to die before new life is produced. Jesus spoke in parables so we couldn't understand with the simple mind so when you read scripure remember it doesn't come through the mind understanding it, but by reading and silent reflection. Sit in silence before him without your mind racing. Our days are spent in our heads constantly. God is often found in the wind and in silence, but also found in the middle of a storm.

  2. The scripture says children are a gift. Has God given you a gift a few times but you aren't recognizing it? I'm not exactly sure what your feelings of it not being right are about. I had a dream recently of seeing a child that I knew was just born around Christmas. I kept thinking in the dream that this just wasn't right that this child was so big already. Sometimes our minds get in there even in the dream. Sorry, I'm maybe not too helpful. I'd ask yoyrself why you were so upset by this. What was that feeling about?

  3. I had a dream that a finch flew down from the sky and I put out my hands and it went right in and then flew off. It was a white and yellow one. Then a parrott came--More like the Amazon kind-- but didn't come in my hands it hovered right. End of dream. Oh. I was giddy happy. So much so I work up. I was surprised the finch would actually come into my hands.

  4. Hi Debbi, I don't know what your brother represents to your husband. Is your husband being faced with something in himself that the Lord is asking him to deal with? Something his brother represents to him? I doubt this is about his brother, but more about what is in him that he has to deal with. He can't move until he deals with this--an attitude or something?? Maybe that is why the baby keeps growing and shrinking. Your husband wants to move on, but God wants him to face this.
This is my thoughts of this dream, I have not taken the accuracy test.

  5. Hi dreamster, Interesting dream :-) What does your own father represent to you? I don't know you or your past so don't know if your father is there to provide good things or not. The grass was green and new and you were about to leave, then he says to pick up a coin. I would only say this would be something from the Lord if your father represents Jesus. Not everyone's father does. I wonder if the coins could be a distraction from the new growth God has provided in the field?
Connie could be right if your father represents Jesus. I just wasn't sure....
The field is back home. Is that significant too?
    Just my thoughts.

  6. Maybe it's a paraphrase of a scripture? Anything in the Word that relates to what you heard? Can you share what scripture you were told to look up?

Lola, that's horrible! I would stop listening to someone like that too. I guess he is going on "we are like sheep"....and that we are!!....but his sheep hear HIS VOICE. Praise God.

  7. Let me share with you how God has dealt with forgiveness in my own life. For me it has all hinged on the Truth of "you shall know the Truth and The Truth shall set you free". I spent many years with my husband doing drugs. He was an addict and along with that comes the baggage. We all have our own baggage and our own stories but the fundamental issues like forgiveness or neglect or pain are in a sense the same. Different stories, same issues. What the Lord shared with me was that I do not have the capapibility within myself to forgive. Jesus suffered and went to the cross and didn't do one single little tiny thing wrong--yet was a human like us. He depended on the Father for his life and every step he heard the Father speak to him. We experience wrong done to us by someone, as Jesus also experienced, yet, without sin. But most often we crumble and are offended until God takes our lives and shows us who is in control.

How did Jesus let it go? How do we let it go? I tried and tried for a time to let the pain and hurts go, to forgive. I couldn't. I tried to do the right things, say the right prayers, read the word, hoping by doing the right things God would miraculously then do his part. But I knew deep inside that I couldn't forgive my husband for some things that had happened. I found out that isn't how he works in my life. Turning to God only lasted so long, then my junk started to come back up again...it was a cycle and it went on for years until one day I said, "enough of this!!" You see, this is where Jesus has to get us. A place where we come to where we recognize that we can do NOTHING without Him. Our weakness is his strength. How on earth can we get to this point without coming to see our weakness? God doesn't want us strong. We can't get there ourselves. He does it, or gets us to this point in life, by the difficult circumstances that come into our lives.

Sorry, I don't know your name, but you have obviously had some doozies given to you! Hurt passes down from your parents, from these gentlemen, from lies and abuse, and here it is sitting on your shoulders. All I can say is get to KNOW THE TRUTH (that is simply Jesus, he is THE way, THE truth and THE life.) Somehow as he becomes more and more of your very fiber of life, how you think, what you think, where you turn in trouble......the hurt and bitterness and pain wash away. There is no formula I can offer. I'd love to have one. I've found all my answers simply in knowing The Truth--not just experiencing Jesus but KNOWING that I AM experiencing Jesus. Did you hear that?

So for starters--look at the truth in your own situation. This man fooled you, abused your trust, ganged up on you with his buddies. That is the truth. You can't expect forgiveness from them if they see no wrong in what they did. That is also the truth. The truth is also that you can't forgive. That is the truth in the place you are before God. Be as honest as you can in your heart before God, he sees it all anyway. Keep talking this over with Jesus and he will take you through deeper and deeper until you find your heart changed. No formula, just listen to Jesus and he will heal your heart. Do YOU have to forgive them? I personally don't think so. That is what Jesus does. You can let them go and carry on. Jesus has promised, as the Word says, that HE will deal with those who hurt us. I think he can and will do a much better job than we can.

Blessings to you. I pray you find some good friends that know Jesus and don't have all this baggage that these people have passed on. The truth also is that you can throw out baggage and garbage. God will take it and recycle it and do what He does with it. That isn't our concern. Move forward IN JESUS. "Putting the past behind" is only successful if you know God is taking care of it. When we think we have a part in it or a responsibility to have our part, then we are deceived and listening to the wrong teaching.

Let me leave you with Colossians 1:14. In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Stop after you read the first 2 words. If you do not understand the the rest of the verse hindges on those 2 words, you will misunderstand this verse so easily!

    Your sister,

  8. Jeanie, I've had one myself and lots of problems were solved, but when you are young there are other factors to consider and side affects you then have to live with the rest of your life--take out one body part and given enough time, the others drop down. laugh .....but not so fun either!

The Lord will give you peace one way or another and that will carry you through more than enough with the side-effects you have to live with!
It is good you trust your Dr. Hysterectomies are probably the most "abused" (done without cause) operation done these days, from what I researched.

    Praying with you too.

  9. If you believe you were left behind that was why you had headaches. You are living in fear about this teaching. But listen. You are a child of God, by your own testimony. Does the Father leave his child behind? I'll give you an example that happened to me the other day with my granddaughter. We were out at a park and I said I was going so slowly started walking towards the car. She couldn't see me and came running up to me crying saying "You left me!" I shared with her that I could always see her, that I would never leave her and just becaue she couldn't see me didn't mean I would ever not see her and know exactly where she was. How much like this is our own Father? He knows you, knows where you are in life and he is always with you. Jesus said "do not fear" more than anything else he said for a reason! Also, do not believe such false teachings about the second coming!!
    Blessings,
    Joy

  10. Try using the "search" on this forum for different words that relate to what you shared. You can look up what some people have already shared. There are many reasons for this kind of dream. Look at the symbol of what these people mean to you, that is the first step.

  11. William, this is what I see in your dream but please pray about it and take it to the Lord. I have not taken the accuracy test.

Why do you call this dream "left behind"? I believe you have assumed that this dream means something else by saying that.

You are in a bakery. Jesus is referred to as the bread of life. But people are running in quickly. They are getting what they "want" from Jesus, the Bread, but it seems they are not "feasting" on the Bread of Life. They just are taking what they think is enough.

You are under a tree. Jesus is also referred to as The Tree of Life. Your girlfriend is on a stone. She is on solid ground. Jesus and the church are referred to as the stone too.

Jesus is also referred to as the river of life.

Then the Lord begins to shake up your life. There are earthquakes and fire. The scriptures talk of this often. I believe it is most often referring to the circumstances of life. They often seem to be like this, don't they?

The ground floats under you. God will keep you through this difficult time. (But your feet are not on solid ground at this time. (I believe this goes back to the start of the dream and not eating of the BREAD of LIFE. You are, but you are using it more or less to just get by......)

Your girlfriend wants to undress means she wants to enter a new life. The old is gone. The scriptures refer to casing off the old garments.

This is just what I see, please pray on this. It's a good dream! God desires for you to know him as the bread of life. Read more scriptures on this for yourself so that you are not taken by surprise at the difficulties, earthquakes and fire that come into your life. You need to have a firm foundation and that is only in Jesus.

    Do not fear!
    Your sister,
    Joy

  12. I'm wondering if the man bringing you the cherries was a good thing but he is afraid (intimidated?) and hides the cherries under a bush. Has God brought you a gift that you have hidden? He seems threatened by someone else being there and ran and put the cherries under a bush (tries to hide something that is actually good?). Someone came from the left and he "dropped" them (left field--other people have talked about that recently on dreams too :-) Do all these themes fit into your life?

  13. Gizzy, that could have been God's way of bringing you into prayer about what He knew before hand....

I was also wondering if the left side meant your weaker side? If you are right handed that tends to be your stronger side than the left side.

Also left brained thinking tends to be your logical, rational, side which looks at a part of something, rather than the right side which looks more creatively and at the whole.
    Just a thought.....not an interpretation.

  14. There is a similarity in the dreams to do with communication isn't there? In one you are communicating with the youth and then in the mail dream it you have a lot of people communicating with you. It all seems to be what you enjoy, even if you didn't feel qualified. Others obviously were taking it in. This isn't an interpretation, just an observation. :-)

I don't know what the cherries mean. Someone else had a dream on this and I wondered about that too.

  15. I don't know the interpretation to this dream but I would not say it was from the enemy as has been suggested. God can certainly get our attention about something in a powerful way. Just because we FEEL terror does not mean God is bringing the terror upon us, he is just showing us something to be aware of and the situation causes us fear.
What I see in this dream is that you are faced with a situation that you possibly shouldn't be in and the Lord COULD be showing you the result of that. Other than that I don't know.....
I don't have much experience with graves in my dreams but there have been some on here who have had them.

  16. This is interesting because I just had coffee with one of my best friends and I asked her how her day went. She must work with your twin!! Just as you, she sees this person with compassion but she also said it is a draining day by the end when there is no response but hostility. My heart goes out to you sister. How much some people need Jesus, they don't see how their lives affect all those around them.

  17. Tamillia, Please don't take this as criticism, but being at church a lot is not the same as spiritual teaching from the Lord Jesus.

Dreams do not judge, they reveal. This dream reveals to me, that your husband loves your son very much and is very concerned. The condition was in your child. God will open that up to you.
    Blessings,
