FPLR GT Series Introduction Here it is, The FPLR GT Series (Season II). Please read the below VERY carefully. We are clamping down on championship rules as most of the FPLR race series’ are quite relaxed. This series will be held every week on a Friday night @9pm UK / 4pm EST Lobby open: 8.30PM [GMT] Race Start: 9PM [GMT] SCORING SYSTEM The series is split into 2 classes based on talent. The PRO class and the PRO-AM class. Both classes compete for the overall title but the PRO-AM drivers also compete in their own PRO-AM Cup. This is scored seperately from the overall series. For example, if a PRO-AM driver was to finish 7th overall in a race and be the highest placed PRO-AM driver, they would earn 6 Points in the Main FPLR GT Series and would also earn 25 points in the PRO-AM Cup. In the FPLR GT Sprint series, championship points are awarded for the first six positions in each Qualifying Race and for the first ten positions in each Championship Race. There is 1 point awarded for the Fastest Lap in the qualifying race (For both PRO and PRO-AM) In the FPLR Endurance Series, qualifying sessions are held during the week and there are no points awarded for placing as there is no qualifying race. You will receive 1 point for the fastest qualifying lap (For both PRO and PRO-AM) Please see below for the points to be awarded in each race. General Rules The usual rules apply here, rubbing is racing but we have full SIM damage turned on so please be careful. Any incidents that require attention will be reviewed after the race on the replay. There will be no restarts. If there is a huge collision involving 5 or more cars, we will deploy a 'Virtual Safety Car' This will give the damaged cars a chance to get to the pits. With a 'Virtual Safety Car' Make sure everyone in the lobby knows there is a safety car. whoever is in 1st place should slow down to 80MPH and back the pack up, once the issues have been cleared and the damaged cars have reached the back of the pack racing can get underway again at the start line. It is up to the 1st place car to restart the race ANYTIME AFTER THE LAST CORNER however, there should be NO overtaking until after the start/finish line. Backmarkers should give way to passing cars, anyone found holding up cars on purpose will be penalised. This became an issue in Season 1 and i will be clamping down on it even more for Season 2. PRO-AM drivers DO NOT have to give way to PRO drivers, they are both competing for the same points in the same championship so they are racing for position. (Depending on number of registrations lobbies may be split As a precaution could everybody prior to qualifying and race day please hard reset your console and reboot your routers to ensure you have the strongest signal possible to race. All races will be started from STANDING START. The rolling starts are too much of an issue. Pitting There will be 2 mandatory pit stops for every 1 hour of racing. This will null the unfair advantage of the very economical Dodge and McLaren. Please follow the pit exit lane as closely as possible to minimise collisions. On some tracks, the AI spits you back out on the racing line, please announce when you are leaving the pits if there is someone approaching you, this way they can try to avoid you. There will also be a mandatory pit stop during the Qualifying race on the FPLR GT Sprint Series weekend. Assists Traction, Stability & Friction assists WILLl be forced OFF. All other assists are allowed. Qualifying As there are points to be earned from the qualifying race on a Sprint series weekend, simulation damage WILL be turned ON. It is just like any other race, however the grid order for the main race will be based on best lap times from the qualifying race.

Livery Requirements All entrants MUST adhere to the following instructions. Please note, anyone who does not have the correct numberboards/numbers/sponsors etc. will not be racing! FPLR are taking a zero tolerance policy on liveries, you must message me pictures of your car before the season starts so i can make sure it is legal. Either Xbox live, a PM on the forum or a message on the facebook page. Strictly no tobacco sponsorship, sponsorship or depictions of illicit drugs, Cartoon, Fantasy or explicit/offensive designs If you aren't a fan of painting, there are literally hundreds of replica and original designs on the sharefront, you are more than welcome to use someone else's design as long as all the required bits are in place. All the necessary decals have been shared (creators = RACER MANN or S2M Ranger ). Obviously, make your design as you like with whatever sponsors/logos you like then all the following bits should be placed on top of your design. .The Pirelli logos can be searched. If you are in the PRO=AMseries, you will need to use the Black numberboards with White numbers as pictured below. PRO drivers use white boards with black numbers. Pirelli logos should be placed on all 4 corners of the car, some cars suit them better on the rear bumper, thats fine. As long as its on all 4 corners of the car. See the above example for how it should look. Next up, Copy the numberboard from the side of your car and paste it on to the bonnet. Also on the bonnet, there should be a 'PRO'/ PRO-AM sticker, Also a flag from your country. I have not shared the flags but a quick search brings up loads of results. There are also some 'cutoff' switches just below the windscreen, there's a vinyl shared to label these as seen at the top of the bonnet here... Finally, stick the 'PRO'/ PRO-AM sticker on the rear bumper somewhere like so... Should look something like this when you're done.
