Watch out for the black Pass'n Gasser with Large GoodYear markings on wheels. What we have here more commonly is Small GoodYear markings on wheels.

Yes, it is a copyright issue from what I read as well. It was announced in HWC site quite sometime back (I think last year). I love the name Mega Thrust better. Oh well.... It would be interesting if HW got the rights to produce the real Mega Thrust.
