Gotta hunt hard for what you want. Can't be lazy and expect it will just pop up out of no where. You can always monitor the stocks or maybe try to trade for it. Not only that rubber tyres makes TH$ special but its spectraflame colors too Best one can do when hunting is never to give hope for what you might find or you'll be dissappointed regularly.
