Peter1 0 Posted December 10, 2009 Might have parked at the roadside 'unlawfully claimed' to be his. Think about it seriously, there is really no meaning for doing it. Other than making the victim unhappy for a while, he just did not gain anything. Instead he could be caught one day if he continued. How about someone scratched his car one day? pqhd 0 Posted February 3, 2010 same happened to me last 3 three days...am not blocking anyone,not pissing anyone n me just at my shop all time..luckily, my car already have dents n minor scratches..so, doesn't really mad at all...may be the person have some mental disorder...relief by scratching others' cars...
