Here is the females skin:" Males: Babies: Instructions: Put the Entities, Lang, Ui, and Ai in the main Zoo Tycoon 2 folder. You shouldn't have to download the original one for it since this has everything you need. Bugs: The babies skin flashes to black once and a while for a short period of time, that was on it when I downloaded first though.
