Its hard in the winter..

To get yourself motovated to get down the gym, i still go 3 nights a week and enjoy it once were there, we train in my mates gym at the back of his house, hes got a big shed for us to workout in but by christ its cold untill we get warmed up, just managed to shift the 4lb i gained at xmas so were back on track and fighting fit for the spring/summer season... applauseapplauseapplauseWink

Nice one Stu I just pedal me bike for miles when ever I can since me dog snuffed it last year I don't walk as oftern as I use to so I pedal.Apart from that If I am seen walking across the fields alone (no dog) I look like an axe murdara sad as it seems

Thats true about looking weird as a bloke. My hubby won't go for a walk on his own now as he says you get funny looks off of folks.

So we got a rescue Staffie, but shes as lazy as me!!

So his still not getting out for a walk!! Laughing

Its true if you have long hair and an afgan coat your seen as some werdio from hell!
If take my posh camra and wear my posh wax cotton jacket tie my hair back every one stops for a chat. weird init.
I did take to leaving the axe at home and just take the chain saw Smile
Mind you uzi 9mm might become handy the way things are going

Between last jan and this jan i have managed to shed 2 stone i did this by not eating crap and using my wii sport for exercise and the best of it is i dont have to get dressed i just do it in my pj's thumbs

I would lover another dog I have had 3 German sheperds over the years all lived till around 10/11 ish this last year is the longest Ive gone without a dog devostating kin hate it .but the kids are getting older now and Iam getting itchy feet to get on plane and go on a surfing safri Very Happy

My old man snuffed it the same week as my dog don't half miss me old dog was the first bitch that was me real mate to.....still call her name 1 year on but thats the madness kicking in init Smile I may have another not yet though not ready.

Great pics there Stu he looks an absolute diamond.
I first got a dog for my seventh birthday
(I wanted a goldfish lol) I was petrified as a kid of dogs, thats why they bought me one to try and cure my fear, I've had one ever since It's heartbraking when something happens but the house feels very empty when you dont have one.
and who would eat the apple coars and lick out the yoghart pots lol.

i used to have a rescue cat called cat,i live in the wilds and he used to come on really long walks with me, he was more like a dog than a cat in some respects i couldnt bear to get another pet he was quite special and oddly a good friend.
