The time is showing correctly for me. It might be some thing that users have to set themselves depending in which country they are etc.

If you have a look at your profile, go to:

Profile - Preferences - Timezone

Should be set for GMT + 1

Edited to add: UTC + 00:00 Belfast, Dublin, Guernsey, Isle of Man
