smilinjack 0 Posted June 22, 2011 OK, I think I've decided how I'm going to get home on my B12. Forget the slog up through France, I can sail from Santander to Plymouth for £136! Nice ride across Spain to Burgos, that leaves 100 miles next day to go the scenic route over the edge of the Picos de Europa into Santander, leave 9pm & arrive Plymouth 4pm next day. Saves about 500 miles of hammer on the bike and prob 2 nights hotel & food in France and I get to see somewhere different. Bonus!Flight out in September £22.99 one way. Looking like a plan.
