Well started out this morning with a bad head after a few to many the night before but my mission for today was to play with the suspension on my bike well about 11 i started on it and got the front sag to about 1 1/4 and rebound nice. so thought give it a test ride, well...... it was AMAZING totally different bike to ride and it loves leaning in corners now beautiful to ride. recommend anyone doing it but watch the videos on how to do it and you cant go wrong. thumbs

nice one. i used to hate that in motocross. would need adjusting different do tracks, conditions etc. so one you can go for longer, and 2 it suits that conditon more.

but 5 blooming settings to tweak.

sagg
pre-load
spring stiffness
oil stiffness
and a hard to soft setting.

basically the spring thats the only adjustment on it. the front has got to be factory set.
