lots put them in the dish washer . we have a very big ultrasonic tank at work but we clean saws blades in it , and what we have in it would not be good for carbs , i might one day get some clean for carbs and give it ago , tank is so big i could get 20 or more sets in one hit thumbs

thinking about buying one of these!

13 litre tank,
you only live once folks!

had a look round and unless you want to spend £600 on a purpose built one you dont get alot for your money.
companies are normally charging £40 - £50 for a set of carbs, i could easily get my money back.
of course i would do people's on here for mates rates.... thumbs

Cheers Mark, Very generous of you. I knew that knackered finger wouldn't stop you. You're definitely cracking on with it. Taking my frame, tank and most importantly, the seat unit pattern to my fabricators tomorrow afternoon, think he'll do it quite soon and hope it motivates me to pull my finger out and get something done. Good work mate. thumbsthumbs

IF it like the one at work if the carbs of what ever you are clean touch the tank it will burn it out thats why its in a basket

ahh right ok, wonder how that works then as the cage is stainless and that touches the tank, other option is to suspend it over the top on some stainless bar apparantly. thumbs

only runs for 20 mins , but takes time to set up etc.
i fill it with hot water as otherwise it would take 2 hours to heat to 40-50 degrees c.
then turn the heat on and the ultrasonic bit and let it run for 10 mins empty to get the air outta the system, then when its done that just plonk ya carbs in and your away.

send ya carbs over gaz i dont mind doin em for ya. thumbs
