XS1100

XS1100E Cable to hydraulic clutch conversion.

Recommended Posts

Converting from cable to hydraulic clutch.
First off I needed to make a mounting plate for the clutch slave cylinder.

Next Mount the slave cylinder.

I had to make a clutch push rod and some bushing.
after mounting the cylinder I fitted the assembly and bled the hydraulics.

and there you go hydraulic clutch fitted and working smooth.

There you go job done. thumbs

Pretty good. I found I could balance a glass of beer on my oxygen mask, while I was flying it in a slow roll.

Same here.

Varies from bike to bike.
Diaphram or coil spring and type of bike.
Some work well, others not so great.
Doesnt suit them all for me.
