fr499y 0 Posted November 21, 2011 Well thats exactly it though, new bike sales are so expensive these days, some can afford it, only way there gunna stay open is more used sales and less brand new!. Just remembered, there's more that closed within the last year. Midlands Superbikes, Taz motorcycles ( well now wheels ) and Stamford superbikes!! Needs to be more opening, not closing down! tubthumper 0 Posted November 21, 2011 Avondale didn't close down mate, it just moved As for Silverstone Motorcycles, they were being sued by Silverstone circuit for using the name that they had no rights to. So bureacracy has got the better of another trader. According to the guy who worked there, it doesn't help Victorys being complete .Apparently there are talks in the pipeline of a bike superstore near the circuit for all the main brands - fingers crossed... fr499y 0 Posted November 21, 2011 kinda right, kinda wrong.. Avondale did close, but the owners moved. which is why its now a yamaha dealer not a honda

Its most of us suffering, we self employed know how bad it is out there. Many saying 40%-60% down from last year. The only reason we survive is because we generate money from other sources.
