Moving house

Well not been on much lately, been busy looking for houses and then sorting all our stuff out.

We finally found a house around six weeks ago and we move tommorow. Really scary stuff buying your first house!

Moved house last month, 11/11/11 !

Less of a drama as Mrs bought one,
then I sold one so less stress.

F@rkin' nice to have one mortgage not two though,
and a bit of head scratching putting 2 houses
furniture into 1.

My best one was selling in the UK.

I sold to a 1st time buyer and emmigrated.
Told her not to argue over price and id leave EVERYTHING.

Sold the house FULLY furnished, kettle on, milk in the fridge,
I just packed CD's, clothes and photo's and walked out.

A little different, but very good for both the buyer and I.
