streetfighter 0 Posted February 9, 2012 I think you have to play one against the other thats all, they tell you what they want then you haggle, if you dont get a better deal then you are gonna say ok thats fine I'm gonna go somewhere else thats all you can do, as for the legal cover its a waste of time our vectra got written off and the bloke only had 3rd party it took us nearly 3years to get our money, it went to court and the barrister never prepared for nothing my wife stood in the dock and just told it how it was she looked at the judge never took her eyes off him, and when it was the other blokes time to go in the dock she just looked right into his eyes and he never new where to look he was getting things wrong never new what to say was all flustered, we won our case down to my wife debby and not the barrister, so as for legal cover its a waste coz they never done nothing for us but take our money.
