Iano 0 Posted April 13, 2012 Decided to keep the bike unless mechanic finds the problem is too serious to make it an economic proposition (he says that he won't know how bad/minor issue of oil use is until he has it apart. Consequently holding up on silencer and tyres replacement until we know when he does the work in July.It's rideable but not really up to a longer m/way trip or haring around with the IAM crowd at present (they ride surprisingly fast).Thanks, found your comments useful, the regret factor, joys of tinkering issue, that it is an interest/hobby and above all the sanity/stress busting benefits .
