Sometimes work isn't so bad

I've just got back from a steady couple of days in Cumbria. Two nice, unstressful jobs, and I got finished in time for a bit of a ramble near Coniston.

So as Emmerdale was starting (always a price to pay ) I was enjoying a chunk of flapjack here



Overlooking Coniston Water from Beacon Fell. The hotel is at the far end of the lake. Happily the car is at the near end!



That's the Old Man of Coniston in the background on this one.

Then back to the Black Bull (it actually has the brewery behind the pub, can't get fresher than that) couple of pints of stout and a sirloin steak on the company. Why can't it always be like this?
