I have a carbon remus hexacone on my bandit and the lacquer has lost it,s shine. Any ideas on what lacquer i could use to re do it.

i doubt it will be laquered m8 the first layer onwill be an epoxy gel coat to give its smooth finish, you should be able to polish it back to a decent shine. be carefull if you flat it as its not very thick.

i just re lacquered my delkevic carbon can with ordinary petrol resistant clear coat.

looks the bees knees

wet & dry VERY fine and light. should bring it up nicely Smile

Thanks for the reply's,will have a go with polish/wet n dry first if that doesn't work I'll try some lacquer

if the lacquer isn't damaged, you could try using some rubbing compound on a damn/slightly wet cloth.
