Can you guess the weight i was benching, we do 4 sets of 12 on 3 levels = 144 reps then we dumb bell press 12 times and fly press 12 times also on 3 levels = 72 thumbsthumbs Click on pic to play vid Very Happy

You have to start slowly when youre older Stue. I started with sugar bags then onion sacks and finally potato sacks. Then when I got used to it I added the spuds!!! LaughingLaughing

Looks like a f'in lot!! 2x 50KG's couple of 25's 10's and 5's ? so i'd have a guess of somewhere around the 180/190KG mark ( going by the look of the discs )

talking of busted sphincters i once got a haemoroid pushing to much weight on the leg press Sad
