A new vehicle plate

I have created a new plate to be affixed to some drivers vehicles. It stands for Limited Intelligence. My first award goes to the woman in a Subaru 4 x 4 who drove through 3 sets of traffic light oblivious to the fact they were all on RED. The second to the knob head who tried to overtake a line of cars who had pulled over for an ambulance with blue lights on! The third to the numpty who parked outside my house totally blocking the pavement so mums had to push prams into the road. This despite the fact that there was room to park 4 cars on the road. Who would you like to see display this plate?

Woman stopped in the traffic near here,
teenage lad crossing the road calmly jumped up onto her bonnet,
walked over it and jumped down the other side. Woman went mental.
I was in tears....

I live in a narrow through road that forms an L-shape,
Its just wide enough for 2 cars to pass.

Our end of the L has plenty of parking,
bigger house's, double driveways, other end has little.

Folk like to park outside their house's,
but it's 1st in best dressed and some cant.

A couple of times folk at the other end BOTH park
outside their houses, blocking the road.
Anyone turning into, or driving down the L
finds it blocked and has to reverse back out
onto a main road or back around the blind L bend.

This is quite dangerous.
There is parking further along the street.


Option A: Sitting in the car with my hand on the horn for several minutes
late at night (bringing most of the residents out into the street)
seem's to have almost cured them.

I do have Option B and C but my Mrs says i'll go to jail..

Good plate.Someone parked in front of my drive a few years back.The road was clear so i went out,the door was unlocked so i pushed it and the steering was locked so it ended up in the middle of the road .I just put the h/b on and went and had my tea

I know a farmer who's a bit of a live wire.
One day he found his gateway blocked by a parked car,

He towed it down the the street and left it in the road,
steering lock on, handbrake on, alarm going,
chain from his tractor around the tow bar...
