Chadatious 0 Posted April 3, 2013 i rang them when i got knocked off incase the bloke rang but said im not claiming then rang a week later said all sorted and they said was all fine. tried to get renual and they had lost all my no claims, after 4 calls finally some woman said that they have got them back for me. but their price was 400 hastings direct was 320, so went with hasting and now suddenly my no claims have vanished again!!and the lad what answered, said i have to wait 48 hours but i said its too long as i never had a claim! if its not sorted asap id have to call the onbusman! and he put the phone down on me! how rude! if i knew his name id complain! Macie_UK 0 Posted April 3, 2013 I always scan my renewals as most inscos will accept that as proof of NCB, plus it avoids crappy companies giving you the run around when you go elsewhere. If they revoked your NCB mid-term they should have wrote to you - and it would have put your policy up at that point as well, so keep at 'em Chad, they will more than likely cave

I had trouble with car insurance when I changed motors, if they gave you an email address, scan the docs and email them to them then phone to confirm its the quickest way, I got down to 4 hours till they cancelled the policy and it was sorted in minutes
bladerunner 0 Posted April 3, 2013 wont they email it to you then you can just pass it on straight away?
