can any one tell me if this is a gen 1 or a gen 2 busa shock ,PLEASE

do you know what year bike it came off? if it was a 2008 onwards then its a gen 2. Both look the same

They don't look the same Dave, one has a longer mount and there is a rebound adjuster above the mounting hole. That's like mine.

My bad, was thinking 2007 was mk2 *hides*
