Not a wheel  balancing weight the thing im refering to actualy bolts to the frame to weigh the front end down due to fact the rider tends to sit nearer the rear of the seat making the stearing light

why not slide the forks up thru the yokes a bit to lower the front this will put a bit more weight on the front and it will turn in better. or some old motor magnates are quite heavy and you would not have to bolt them although I would put a bit leccys tape round just in case.

Cant slide forks through the yoke as its not designed like that ....i have considered bodging/fettling/modifying/taping some other kind of weight on..if it was for me to use then i would but as the kids are using it i feel it should be done right dont want any accidents occuring

It looks like a resonator block Ross scratch  My Bandit has one under the back seat to help with vibration, lots of people take them off. Mine is round, totally different to yours but there must be something that will fit to give weight to the front?

Mk 1 bandit has these fitted to the front and as you mention most end up in the bin.

Item 12.
