2014 Xmas Get-together/ Party

Right then. It's that time of the year where I usually try and organise the Forum Pre-Christmas meet. Given last year, is this dead in the water or do people fancy running this again this year?

If we are going for this then we need to look at location and date. We usually look around end of November or early December. The location is always the debate, so where do people want?

I'll let people comment and we'll see whether this is a go-er for this year.

last year i was up for this but it was too far for me to do as just a drive for a meet etc. if its more middle ground id happily bring a couple of us up in the van. but if you do it right up north again ill give it a miss personally

I would like to go but that late not on bike. But will gladly help out with fuel money if we get a few.

haha! its a cool van! carpeted, has a sub in the back even great to go for drives and just chill!

Not on the bike mate. Drive to "wherever", find a pub, few beers, bite to eat, chat, debate etc then sleep. Not on the bike, it might rain

if its within say 200ish miles for me ill drive up, stay at a travel lodge then go home next morning.

Given no responses since May, do we take it this is dead in the water? If there is interest, any potential locations? Or should we just leave it quietly sink into the background and into memory?
