glow88 0 Posted November 21, 2009 haven talk to a doctor yet... hmm i found myself keep thinking lots lots of stuff at nite when im on my bed... my mind is just so active at that time... but during the day, i will be so tired... hmmm my sister say her fren went to see the doctor and the doctor sent her fren to the hospital for 1 month at the (mental problem hospital) LOL! she told me not to simply see doctor bout this matter..! maybe i can solve it myself =( Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
myladyyawo 0 Posted November 21, 2009 I tend to think about lots all the time so I know how you feel! Have you tried sound makers for your room (the type that make noise like rain, waterfalls, thunderstorms, white noise, or birds) I have one for my kids and it works wonders.
