Tolos2009 0 Posted January 30, 2010 I would just like prayer because my company laid off approximately 500 people within one department. In our department, three were impacted and three were not. I fall into the category of a person that did not lose my job. My fellow peers are angry, sad and frustrated at us that are still holding jobs. I need prayer that those that remain would stand strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. Please pray that the enemy would not turn this into a race situation for those that remain. That those that would remain would give out compassion and love and assist the company in helping others and ourselves. It seems that our peers are now our enemies and are doing and saying some very disheartening words. I do recognize the enemy and I am praying that his plans would be cancelled. We are having to justify why we still have jobs and none of us know how leadership decided who would stay and who would leave. We thank you Lord that those who remain still have jobs and we thank you Lord that those leaving are getting an even better job. We thank you Lord for your strength with each person helping them to stay strong in you. Father we stand strong against the advisary putting on the whole armor of God! Nothing is impossible for our God! Your move the heaven and the earth with the breath of your nostril. Nothing is to difficult for you! Father we thank you for your peace which rests on each one.
