I like the verse Ephesians 3:20-21 very much."20Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever!"Before Christmas I really wanted to buy a black casual bag. But it was not an urgent need. I just knew which type of bag I would like to have in my heart and thought that I didn't need it so much as the particular one was expensive. I even shared it with my mom and we just laughed that I always point at beautiful and a bit pricey things. So I forgot about it.When I went out for shopping for Christmas with my mom, we entered a shop and there was this nice bag which was according to my taste and like the one I imagined in my head. So I looked at it closely and noticed a sale tag on it. But I thought I would still be expensive and left. After five minutes I returned to the bag to try it on my shoulder. One of the assisstants came up to me and said that the bag looks gorgeous on me and I should buy it as they have exceptional sale on it. I asked how much she replied 50%, plus additional 30%. I was really shocked as black bags are classic and they rarly go on such a big sale. I thought that may be something was wrong with it. When my mother found out what was going on, she encouraged me to buy it as the price was lower than I could imagine. So I did it, however I was hesitant. I also wanted to buy a small bag for my sister as she needed one. I found the right style but the color and the price were not what I expected. She needed a black one and that bag was grey. Those black ones didn't have sale. We left the shop with my bag and I came back to the same one after two days. You know what, God is amazing, those bags were on SALE (50%+30%). I couldn't believe my eyes. Even the shop assisstants were surprised how their managers put those black bags on such a big sale.My sister and I didn't ask Him for bags but He knew our desires and he surprised us in such a wonderful way. Every time my sister and I wear those bags, we are reminded that God can do immeasurably more than we think, ask or imagin. He is an awesome God! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

nubava 0 Posted February 24, 2010 Amen!Just an add to these blessings! It was my dad's birthday and we girls were busy thinking what to get for him. So we just went to a shopping mall, looking for something nice for him. We entered one shop and saw a beautiful jacket. However it was a bit pricey and we were thinking about it as one of the girls working in the shop came up to us found out what we were looking for. And she said this - the jacket was on special sale only online but she could make an exception and give it to us the same price in the shope they sell online. Our God is trully amazing!
