Post Limit on PMs?

Hi. I just recently joined. i have looked around but I can not find any rules that say how many posts you have to have made before sending PMs? I have tried to respond to someone who has kindly PMed me- and I seem to be able to recieve them, but I cannot type or send one. It says something about post limit- and as i said, I cannot find anything about this in the rules. Could someone please help me out here?
