She chats with us every day and helps with our Gift Registry (donates a lot too) She gets up very, very early with her husband, chats a while and then goes back to bed, and returns later in her day. Rang back - answerphone, left message..nothing. Got a call to say they were rejigging deliveries, how are we fixed - as Marvin says Head/Desk!
