Jasmine 0 Posted April 13, 2011 I need to overcome procrastination and giving up if I'm gonna do my part in fixing my problems. It's affecting my dreams, relationship with Christ, body, etc. It's really taking over. Any advice?
hind'sfeet 1 Posted April 13, 2011 I have that problem too. I can only tell you what gets me going sometimes. If it's needs doing, get it done now. Tomorrow never comes. Asking God to help you get it done "now" does help.

At the point of talking yourself out of doing it at THAT MOMENT...press through it and do it anyway. There are rewards for doing that...

I has depression (i wonder if its rearing its ugly head again) before and one of the symptoms is feeling tired and weak. That means you don't feel like doing anything. For me, I hated my procrastination cause I dream big. Big dreams+ambition+faith= big job. Go figure!
