I have a worker whose 28-year old son was in a car accident last week and has been in a coma ever since. It seemed that he was recovering, but the doctors were unable to bring him out of the coma when they planned to do so. My coworker, Terry, will be off the rest of the week to deal with this - whatever that may end up meaning.
