All in the Mined with Towny :

All in the Mined (AITM), is a SMP server focused on PvP, towns and economy. You can join a town and help people by building, mining, farming, killing, etc. Or you can create your own town and invite people which will help you to keep your town alive. When you reach a high amount of residents, you can create more towns and group them with a nation. There's also a peaceful area called spawn. There are no mobs spawning and pvp is disabled. In spawn, you can : trade "safely" (scams are not monitored), buy and sell items. You will also find an arena which will hold mob and pvp events.

Server info :

This server is protected with multiple plugins. Grief protection, X-Ray, Cheats, etc. The anti-grief plugin will not stop players from griefing. It allows us to find out who griefed, what he griefed and when. With those informations, we can rollback the grief. In addition to that, we have a x-ray protection. It is effective against most mods. From filling the whole map with fake ores to commands that shows player ore ratio, we can find most of the x-ray'ers. The last thing to cover is cheaters and hackers. We do have a plugin that blocks most cheaters. The plugin will try to block the cheat and warn the moderators. Keep in mind that even though some people call flying, speed and every other modifications "hacks", they are not. There's actually "nothing" that can block hackers. On top of all those protections, we have the staff team. Mature, dedicated and over 2 years of experience in the Minecraft field, they know how to help and how to solve a lot of problems in Minecraft effectively.

Updated bukkit. Had a "BUKKIT-1994: Laggin using Bukkit 1.3.1" so I decided to do it now.

You don't need a paid account to vote, you only need that for the rewards. Voting is logged by IP address of the voter. I incorrectly typed me name before or left it blank and it still logged my vote.

You can buy a warp sign for 10k from me or sharok. It will cost 5k if you want to move it after.

Warp sign are technically an additional home that everyone can use.

Rules changes. This isn't a sneaky move, just trying to make things better.
That means everything that happened before Dec 1st will still be using the old rule list.

Not everything in this list will get you banned. Most of them are warning, temp mute, temp jail and temp ban.

1.0 Be Respectful. These rules apply at any moment.

1.1 Be respectful in the chat.

a. Do not use foul language.
b. Do not insult someone.
c. Do not use excessive caps.
d. Do not spam.

1.2 Be respectful in game.

a. Do not block people, unless it’s a trap to kill them.
b. Do not claim someone else house, creation, etc...
c. Do not use /cprivate on stuff that you didn’t create.

1.3 Be respectful to the staff

a. You can argue with them unless they tell you to stop.
b. They are moderators, but they play too. When asking for help, be patient.
c. Killing a moderator on grief duty WILL NOT be tolerated.

2.0 Use Common Sense.

a. I won’t help you there.

3.0 Avoid griefing.

a. Do not kill owned animals.

4.0 Stealing items and mobs.

a. Stealing items in chests is allowed.
b. /cprivate someone’s chest is not allowed, also 1.2c.
c. Harvesting a farm that you can’t replant is not allowed (wheats, warts, etc...)
d. Stealing anything else will be considered as grief, (3.0).

5.0 Spawn killing is not allowed.

a. Outside of the spawn gates.
b. Outside someone’s house or town.
c. Do not kill someone repetitively so that he can’t flee or protect himself.
d. c. doesn’t apply if the player charges at you.
e. If a player doesn’t follow rule 5a + 5b and he decides to go for you, you can defend yourself. It is not a battle trigger,
the attacker will be penalised for breaking rules.

6.0 Do not use hacks, cheats or exploits.

a. You can't attack people in a non-pvp town. If you do, it's an exploit.
b. There are many exploits. I can't list all of them, but they're all ban-able.

7.0 Staff member rules

a. Do not use rules at your advantage.
b. Do not ban, kick, mute if someone didn’t break 1 of these rules^.
c. Do not tell people what to do, unless it’s about rules.
d. Do not use moderating power to your advantage.
e. When you mute, kick or ban someone, tell them the reason. They might not know.

*I can ban for anything, really.

4.0 Spawn killing (blocking players from playing) and repetitive killing are not allowed unless you are defending

7.0 Be easy on bans. If you kick, write a valid reason and make sure the player knows what happened.
